Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software bugs
Consulting clients/colleagues for maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement changes
Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
Should complete all assigned task(s) in an efficient and timely manner with less supervision from the reporting manager
Maintain positive client interactions
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
Provide assistance to team members, testers and support personnel as needed
Actively working on each stage of SDLC
Perform software product integration and creation unit/integration test plan when required
Protects operations by keeping information confidential
Perform other related duties as requested
Documents and demonstrates solutions by flowcharts, diagrams, and charts
Qualifications
Min. 04-07years of experience in related field
Excellent presentation skills and command in business communication
Think strategically and out the box to address customer needs
Customer relations management and strong networking ability
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
